Mobile app for reporting violations committed by Ministry of Interior employees

For citizens’ convenience, Internal Security Directorate has developed a mobile application for signals reporting violations and crimes committed by Ministry of Interior (MoI) employees. The application allows hiding the identity of the sender of the signal. It upgrades the existing whistleblowing mechanism by providing access to the Ministry of Interior's webpage for suggestions and signals, as well as to the hotline for reporting corruption by MoI employees. The application also has an option to attach audio and video files. The app is called "Signals reporting corruption-MoI" and is based on iOS and Android operating systems.

This service has been implemented within the framework of the project "Prevention and Counteraction of Corruption", funded under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism Home Affairs Programme 2014-2021, under which Internal Security Directorate is a beneficiary.
