Suggestions and alerts

The reviewing and resolving of the alerts and the suggestions of the citizens and the organizations are settled according to the order of the Administrative Procedure Code.
According to article 112 of the Administrative Procedure Code, the suggestions and alerts which were submitted to non-competent body, are forwarded not later than 7 days counted from their reception, to the competent bodies. The person submitting the alert or suggestion is notified on the forwarding.
According to article 118 of the Administrative Procedure Code, the term for giving resolution upon suggestion is up to two months counted from its reception and in seven-day term is notified to the submitting party. In the cases in which there is need for longer research, the term for speaking out could be extended by the superior body up to six months, as the submitting party is notified on this.
According to article 121 of the Administrative Procedure Code, the term for speaking out upon alert is two months. This term could be extended by the superior body, especially in the case in which reasons of great significance demand this, but with not more than a month, as the submitting party is notified on this.
Alerts for the violation of the ex officio obligations or misuse with power on behalf of the employees of “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior could be forwarded to the Director of “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior at: city of Sofia, “Pirotska” Str. № 171А.
Alerts on corruption and corrupted behaviour of employees of the system of the Ministry of Interior could be forwarded by all the citizens on telephone 982 22 22 and on the webpage www.nocorr.mvr.bg.

The citizens and the employees of the Ministry of Interior could forward suggestions and alerts concerning the activity of “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior also in the postal box placed at the entrance of the building of “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior.

Order for the reception of citizens and employees of the Ministry of Interior by the management of “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior:
The citizens and employees of the Ministry of Interior wishing to submit suggestions and alerts concerning the activity of the “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior, declare this in advance in front of the corresponding technical assistants via the official from the reception room of the “Fire Safety and Rescue” Directorate General – Ministry of Interior, as they point out the nature of the issues they would like to place and telephones for contacting them;
In the case there are urgent business tasks and leave of the chief employees, the citizens and the employees of the Ministry of Interior will be notified in timely manner and they will have appointed a new date and hour for holding a new meeting;
Upon the discretion of the chief employee and expressed consent on behalf of the citizen of the employee of the Ministry of Interior, the appointment can be held also with the deputy of the chief employee.
