Sector "Protection of Public Order and Territorial Police":
Performs:
• protection of the public order, fight against crime, convoy activity, control over fire arms, explosives, generally hazardous substances.
• preventive action to eliminate the causes and conditions for committing crimes and violations of public order
• issues permits and controls the implementation of private security activities
• carries out personal identification checks, detains, warns, conducts a personal search and checks the personal belongings of persons
• concludes contracts between the Ministry of Interior and the stakeholders for security of sites
Sector “Traffic police”:
Organize, participate, support and control the activities of the Police Departments in the field? Ensuring road safety. The sector operates in the following main directions:
• Registration and reporting of Motor vehicles and their owners
• Driver's report and driving licenses
• Organization of traffic and preventive activities
