Psychological education for MoI employees

• Specialized psychological training of officers of all categories in the Ministry of the Interior
• Specialized psychological training of individuals and groups from agencies and organizations outside of the Ministry of the Interior
• Psychological and socio-psychological evaluations in different structures in the Ministry of the Interior

The psychological training we provide is actualized and follows the current standards of training techniques. There is a course in psychology not only in the academic curricula, but also in the courses given to students in their police training and the courses designed for acquiring specific qualification for officers working in MoI.

The psychological training holding on to the following standarts:
      • Pragmatic and practically oriented to the actual work of the cadets and the police officers;
      • Permanent actualization of the course materials according to the changes made in the line of work in the MoI;
      • Providing specific training in accordance with the different needs in all the departments of MoI;
      • Using diverse training methods, ensuring the on going interest to the learning process on the part of all cadets;
      • Providing all the cadets with adequate and accurate knowledge, adjustment and effective models for handling the police profession appropriately.

The experts of this sector are involved and take part in the sessions of the Expert counsel of the Institute of psychology-MoI and are members of the Standing committee of human rights and police ethics in the MoI and the Standing group “Police close to society”.
